He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie L. Meyers, Sr. and Lucille Goodman Meyers. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Meyers; his children, Tracey Krase (Brian) and Chip Meyers (Katie); and his granddaughters, Carolyn Meyers and Stephanie Meyers.

Most recently, he served as chairman of the Chattanooga State Foundation.
