Sampson; her niece Nicole Sampson; her grandchildren, Lydia, Tara, McKenna Sampson, Marley, Izaya, Bryley Howard, Remington Sampson and Kelsi Patterson; and her stepdaughters, Melissa Crass and Wendy Howard.
