He is survived by: his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Kristie; his grandson Ethan Lee; his daughter Stacey Maston; his granddaughter Brandie Maston; his great grandchildren, Kelci, Jayla and Jevin Goins; his granddaughter Ashley (Van); his great grandchild Parker Bevins; his sister Delores (Ron Kopp); his niece Amie (Todd Summers); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor and Blake.
In lieu of flowers, Wayne would have appreciated that the money, instead, be donated to The Shriners Hospitals for Children, so that they can continue their important work in improving the lives of children.
