She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Adkins Griffin; her grandparents, Sarah and Kennreth Adkins; and her grandchildren, McKayla and McCarsey Wampler.
She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Hicks (Mark) of Oak Ridge, Holly Wampler, Daniel McLean of Harriman and James "Jay" Wampler, Jr. of Harriman; her grandchildren, Brittany Daugherty, Lindsey Daugherty, Jayden Smithwick and Jasmine Smithwick; her husband James Wampler of Harriman; her siblings, Rebecca "Becky" Tapp (Jerry) of Harriman, Jackie Jarrett (Elmer) of Johnson City and James Bradshaw of Harriman; her nieces, Tracy Lawless (Joe), Erin Jarrett, Sarah Jarrett and Casey Franklin; and her close friend Kenny Roberts.
