She is survived by: her sons, Joseph E. Ramsey David, Wife Patricia Terry A., Wife Debbie Frederick T., Ramsey Joy and Wife Joy; and her sister Helen Wiser. She is also survived by Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews The family will receive friends.
