He is survived by: his son Tony Smith Jr.; his parents, Gary Smith and Sherrie Goldberg; his fiancée Amanda Godsey; his stepchildren, Alley Keyes and Travis Keyes; his siblings, Kaylie Slaven, Eric Goldberg, David Jolley and Mark Jones; and his grandparents, Alec, Linda Smith and Billie Goldberg Woody. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
