It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sonya Brooks of Harriman, Tennessee, who passed away on February 15, 2019, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Daisy Marie Brown Brooks; her siblings, Michael Brooks, Charlie Brooks, Jr., Anita Bradley, Teresa Henderson and Stephanie Brooks; and her nephew Brandon Henderson.
She is survived by: her father Charlie Brooks of Harriman; her sister Darlene Chumney (Terry) of McDonough, GA; her nieces, Jennifer Melton (Jamie) of Rockwood, Leigh-Ann Branham (Steve) of Kingston, Heather Stooksbury of Kingston, Courtney Belcher (Jason) of Kingston, Hope West of McDonough, Whitney Chumney of McDonough and Georgia; and her close friends, Holly Davis, Tammy Goddard, Darlene Limburg, Kim Cantrell and Stacey Wilson.
