He is survived by: his wife Donna Clark; his children, Randall Clark (Debbie) of Charleston, TN, Jason Clark (Melanie) of Cleveland, TN and Amy Smith (Victor) of Georgetown, TN; his stepdaughter Christine Lininger (Chris) of Harriman; and his sisters, Betty Poole of California and Sybil Locke of Texas. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
