He is survived by: his wife Kathy Johnson; his mother Dorothy Johnson of Virginia; his daughters, Kelly Johnson (Jordan Vest) and Katie Burchfield (Michael); his granddaughter Karlee Johnson; his stepchildren, Curtis Moore and Donna Gilmore; his stepgrandchildren, Caryn Moore, Mylaah Chatman and King Clemons; and his siblings, Greg Johnson (Irene) and Tina Ruffner (Darrell). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
