He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Stinnett of Harriman, Tennessee.; his children, Paula Louise Stinnett of Harriman, Tennessee. and Frankie Stinnett (Sophia) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Joshua, Jasmyn Stinnett, Andrea Ladd and Alexandria Stinnett; his great grandchildren, Kiari, Jackson, Jayci, Liliana, Kain and Bowden; and his sister Cathy Ann Woodell of Harriman, Tennessee..
