He is survived by: his wife Linda Johnson Fink; his children, Kim (Sissy), Tim Crabtree (Brothe) and Bettyna Fink (Boog); his grandchildren, Emily, Zach Botkin, Blayne, Savannah Crabtree, Alyson Fink and Nathaniel Fink; and also, Darlene Frost, Karen Fink, Joan Leffew, Jill Daugherty, Jessie Russell, Leigh Giles, Becky Seiber, Andrew Collett and Austin Collett.
