She was predeceased by: her parents, Laufayette Currier and Lydia Sherwood Currier; her husband Charlie Sarten; her sons, Alvin and Bobby Sarten; and her siblings, Roy, Cecil, Fred, Junior, Onnie Currier, Lou Ellen Currier, Pearl Baker, Mary Henley, Laura Sarten, Ellamae Miller, Mollie Patton, Mable Loposser and Ruth Currier.
She is survived by: her daughters, Helen Sarten of Harriman and Ellen Griffin of Norphlet, Arkansas; and her sister-in-law Una Currier of Harriman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
