He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Nelson and Maude Etta Nelson; and his sister Doris Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Rose Nelson; his children, Gary Nelson (Beth) of Harriman and Melissa Snow (Mark) of Harriman; his grandchildren, Jordan Snow, Courtney McGinnis (Sean), Nathaniel Nelson (Caitlin) and Philip Nelson (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Tinley, Tandre, Tarek and Khai; and his brother Clarence Nelson (Gail) of Oliver Springs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
