He is survived by: his wife Karen Teague Noe; his stepchildren, Katrina Moore (Gerald) and Scott McPeters; his children, Charles Darell Noe (Lurley), Gregory Lee Noe (Teresa) and Melody Noe-Carroll; his sister Nancy Armes; his grandchildren, Scott Noe (Tasha), Heather Chadwick (Kirk), Amanda Haynes (Jimmie), Christopher Noe, Erika Gouge (Kirk), Rebekah Sullivan, Isaac Noe and Audrey Noe; and his great grandchildren, Zack Noe, Kane Gouge, Kylianna Haws, Isaiah Haynes, Wyatt Noe, Aaron Noe, Korbann Gouge, Lilie Haynes, Evie Chadwick, Amberlie Haynes, Logan Chadwick, John Sullivan, Emory Gouge and Brynn Sullivan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Home (209 Roane St, Oliver Springs, TN 37840). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM.
