He is survived by: his son Jacob; his wife Kathy Seiber Futrell; his mother Erma McCarroll; his son Joshua Futrell; his stepchildren, Coty Pridemore (Megan) and Sarah Pridemore; his granddaughter Harper Marie Pridemore; his siblings-in-law, Teresa Turnbill (Evan), Pat Rose, Becky Seiber, Frank, Charles (Kim) and Ricky Seiber; his niece Terry Futrell; his uncle Dennis Poland; and his close friends, John Walt, Alan Oliver and Dave Kaveshan.
