With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Kathryn Shipe of Harriman, Tennessee, who passed away on December 11, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Mary Kathryn may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Union Baptist Church Cemetery (6606 Washington Pike, Knoxville, TN 37918).
In lieu of flowers donations are to be made to South Harriman Baptist Church.
