He is survived by: his wife Linda Stephens; his children, Mack Leon Stephens Jr. (Missy) of Kingston, TN and Jennifer Goins (Chad) of Huntsville, Alabama; his sister Charlotte Dickerson of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Andrew Stephens and Alisha Stephens; and his pets, Kizzy, Stew and Chloe. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
