It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Roy Cantrell of Harriman, Tennessee, born in Pound, Virginia, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Cantrell and Leota Cantrell; and his sisters, Brenda Gilliam, Francis Dotson and Carolyn Meade.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Cantrell; his children, Lee R. Cantrell Jr., Robert N. Cantrell and Susan M. Ashley (Dwayne); his siblings, David Cantrell (Billy Jean), Newell Cantrell (Crystal) and Joan Mullins; his grandchildren, Amber N. Cantrell and Joseph B. Hendrickson; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Hendrickson, Jayce Cantrell and Jayden Hendrickson; and his brother-in-law Jeff Meade. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends.
