He is survived by: his parents, Glenn Russell of Harriman and Cynthia Cook of New York; his daughter Hailey Russell of Washington; his sisters, Tasha Piper of Washington and Amie Russell of North Carolina; his nephews, Joseph, Wyatt and Zachary Piper of Washington; his brother Travis Nealon of Rockwood; and his brother-in-law Joe Piper of Washington.
