He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Martin of Harriman, TN.; his brothers, Cornell Frazier of Hillsville, Eric and Derek Gallaher of Harriman, TN.; his daughters, Barbara Ann Floyd of Athens, TN, Miranda Floyd of Oak Ridge and Sariya Floyd of Harriman, TN.; and his fiancée Jennifer Brooks of Harriman, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
