He is survived by: his daughter Karley Hooks; his wife Dee Hooks; his grandson Gavin Brezeale; his stepfather Mike Foy; and his siblings, Greg Hooks (Nancy Hooks), Deanna Grove (Scott Grove), Tonya Hooks Helmer, Michelle Hill (Edward Hill) and Melissa Baisden (Tommy Baisden). He is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews, and twelve great-nieces and great-nephews.
