With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Karen Butler (Harriman, Tennessee), born in Oliver Springs, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Jr. Butler and Clara Butler; her brother Charlie Butler 3rd; and her children, Randall Scott Wood and Rebecca Jan Wood.
She is survived by: her sister Janice McPeters; her children, Peggy Dinkins (Curt), Laura Lawson (Charlie), Stephanie Oakes (Derick), Michael Carroll and Kristopher Carroll (Ashley); her grandchildren, Alex Wood, Justin Wood, Logan Tapp, Mariah Tapp, Laila Lloyd, Arlie Lawson, Ethan Oakes, Caryn Moore, Ava Carroll, Maddie Carroll, Teagan Carroll and Elijah Carroll; and her great grandchild Dunkan Tapp.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dyllis Baptist Church (530 Dyllis Rd, Harriman, TN 37748). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
