She was predeceased by: her daughter Stephanie Ann Clark; her parents, Sylvia Johnson and Earmel Johnson; and her brothers, Robert and Earnest Johnson.

She is survived by: her husband Clayton Clark of Harriman; her siblings-in-law, Sondra Scarborough and Robert Clark (Regenia) of Harriman Richard; and her cousin Melinda Kelly of Harriman.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Childs Memorial Church Cemetery Fund.
