He is survived by: his wife Wanda Franklin of Harriman; his daughter Connie Smith of Dayton; his granddaughters, Amanda Smith of Dayton and Hope Smith; his sister Patricia Cowan (Larry); and his siblings-in-law, Pete Howell of Harriman, Joyce Green (Jerry) of Harriman and Brenda Hinds (Johnny) of Elizabethton.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fraker Funeral Home (1445 Kingston Hwy, Kingston, TN 37763). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at the Piney Grove Cemetery.
