John Cooley Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2024, at the age of 76, John Cooley of Harriman, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Faye Cooley (Easter) and Daniel Cooley Sr.; his brother Dan Jr.; and his significant other Alice Turpin. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica; his grandchildren, Alejandro, Joaquin and Ayla; his siblings, Mimi and Mark; and his close friend Doug (Vicki). He is also survived by several nieces, a nephew.

Instead of flowers, John requested donations be made in his name to his grandchildren's favorite place, the Children's Museum of Oak Ridge, 461 W. Outer Dr., Oak Ridge, TN 37830.
