He was predeceased by: his brother Brandon Byington; and his grandparents, Linda, Harvey Schmitt, Very and Paul Randolph.

He is survived by: his mother Kim Seiber; his stepfather Charles Seiber of Harriman; his father Jesse Byington of Florida; his brother Jeffery Byington of Harriman; and his aunt Christine Fink of Kingston. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members and good friends.
