He was predeceased by: his parents, W. T. Wampler and Edna Wampler. He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Hicks of Oak Ridge, Holly Wampler of Clinton and Jay Wampler of Nashville; his grandchildren, Brittany Carr (Chris) of Duff Tn, Lindsey Perry (Jonathan) of Louisville Tn, Jayden and Jasmine Smithwick of Harriman; his siblings, Bill of Harriman, Mike Steve (Sandy) of Harriman, Dennis (Teresa) of Harriman, Robin Wampler (Angie) of Harriman, Janice Brock of Harriman, Kathy Wilson of Houston Tx and Cheryl Cook (Don) of Rowlette Texas; his friends, Michael Spears (Seroloda) of Chattanooga Tn and Greg Wade (Sandra) of Harriman Tn; and his close friend Barbara Bailes of Harriman.
