He was predeceased by: his parents, James Victory Hackler, Sr. and Reba Byrd Hackler; and his son Eugene Hackler. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Hackler of Harriman, TN; and his children, Bobby Sigley of Ohio, James V. Hackler, III (Maria) of Harriman, TN and Cindy P. Lee of South Carolina.
