He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Katie Collins Laughter; his parents, Jake Daniel Laughter and Agnes; his children, Tammy Renee (David Byrge), Rocky (Donna Laughter) and Wendell (Rhonda Laughter); his grandchildren, Michael (Barbara Laughter), James (Jennifer Laughter), Jessica (Adam Pappas), Madison Laughter, Aaron Hamby, Katelynn Byrge, Jacob Byrge and Melissa Sapp; his close friend Joyful VanNorstran; and his stepbrother Rodger (Beverly Sexton).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Shriners Hospital for Children.
