He is survived by: his children, Larry Booth (Roxanne) of Harriman, Pamela Dwyer (David) of Old Hickory, Michael Booth of Harriman and Paula Lee (Tommy) of Harriman; and his grandchildren, Bryan Lee Galyon (Cheryl), Hope Beasley, Chris Booth (Ashley), Nathan Booth, Robbie Harris (Sarah), Cetera Freeman (Matthew), Jon Lee (Jordan), Amber Lee, Joe Buchanan, Melissa Koelper (Matt) and Rebecca Lively.
