It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James C Brooks of Harriman, Tennessee, who passed away on January 13, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Brooks; his son Steve Brooks; his grandchildren, Cryste Forster and Eli Brooks; and his parents, Floyd Brooks and Birdie Brooks.

He is survived by: his son Shane Brooks; his niece Rena Parham; and his close friend Heidi Fross.
