She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Carmichael and Bonnie Carmichael. She is survived by: her grandson Grady; her husband Bill Vermillion of Harriman; her sons, Allen Vermillion (Farragut) of Millington, TN and Grady Vermillion of Orange Park, FL; her grandsons, Zachery Vermillion of Orange Park, FL and Matthew Vermillion of Orange Park, FL; her brother Wallace Carmichael of Clinton; and her nieces, Amy and Amanda.
