He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Collins of Harriman, TN; his son Joe Collins of Harriman, TN; his sisters, Anna Lou Morris of Rockwood and Ina Diden (Don) of Harriman, TN; his siblings-in-law, Tom Nichols and Carolyn Brooks of Harriman; and his pets, Willie and Waylon.
