He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Ethel Butler Evans; his siblings, Billy Vaughn Evans, Leslie Oscar Evans, Kenneth Mac Evans and Elizabeth Ann Evans; and his friend Tommy.
He is survived by: his niece Mary Margaret Eckhardt; his nephews, Reid Evans, Steve Evans, David Evans, Kenneth Evans, Jeffrey Evans, John Evans and Joel Evans; and his friend Betty Childs.
