She was predeceased by: her husband John D. Campbell; and her parents, Wyatt Hooks and Anita Hooks. She is survived by: her brother Wyatt Hooks; her daughters, Linda (Gene Swafford), Ann (David Swicegood) and Connie (Steve Hendrickson); her grandchildren, Angela Shillings, Brian Hendrickson (Janae) and Scotty Hendrickson (Tracey); and her great grandchildren, Brady Shillings, Madison Shillings, Steven Hendrickson (Christine), Kelsey Hendrickson (Andrew), Macy Atwell (Hunter), Bryson Hendrickson and Ashleigh Nease.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask monetary donation to be sent to Woods Chapel Methodist Church.
