He is survived by: his grandson Dylan Scarbrough of Harriman, TN.; his stepchildren, Angela Michelle Scarbrough of Harriman, TN and Phillip Albert Schnepp of Oak Ridge, TN.; his granddaughter Laura Beth Miller (Jack) of Harriman, TN.; his great grandchild Delilah; and his brothers, Bryan Keith "Fred" Cofer (Janice) of Harriman, TN, Michael Wayne "Bo" Cofer (Brandy) of Harriman, TN and Charles Lewis "Petey" Cofer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Evans Mortuary (805 N Gateway Ave, Rockwood, TN 37854). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Cofer Family Cemetery (1179 Joiner Hollow Rd, Rockwood, TN 37854).
