He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Patterson and Florence Patterson; his wife Florence "Babe" Patterson; his son Dennis Patterson; and his siblings, Norman Patterson, Wanda Seiler and Faye Guettner.
He is survived by: his son Steve; his daughter-in-law Elaine Patterson of Kingston; his grandsons, Bryan Patterson of Cleveland, Kevin Patterson of Memphis and Mark Patterson of Kingston; his sister Barbara; and his siblings-in-law, Robinette and Eleanor Patterson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and dear friends.
