She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Omer and Ida Mae Daugherty; her parents, Ralph Daugherty and Joan Daugherty; and her brother Steven Daugherty of Morgantown, KY..
She is survived by: her husband Mark Hoffman; her children, Joni Anderson (Emory) of Rineyville, KY and Nikalous Hoffman (Allison) of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Rachael, Jacob, Andrew, Emma, Alex and Cole; and her brothers, Jack Daugherty (Danielle) of Celina, TN and Ryan Daugherty (Darla) of Morgantown, KY. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and many lifelong friends.
