He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Ramsey and Treva Aline Conley Ramsey; and his brother Danny Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Pat Ramsey of Harriman, TN.; his brothers, Joe Ramsey of Harriman, TN, Terry Ramsey (Debbie) of Crossville, TN and Fred Ramsey (Joy) of Harriman, TN; his children, Aaron Ramsey (Brandi) of Knoxville, TN and Erica Wolfe (Travis) of Harriman, TN.; and his grandchildren, Jillian, Lauren Wolfe, Brayden, Briton Choate, Brant Ramsey and Erica Trail.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
