He is survived by: his wife Norma Faye Luttrell of Harriman, TN; his sons, David A. Luttrell (Cathy) and Michael H. Luttrell (Becky Hamby) of Rockwood, TN; his stepsons, Bill Galloway (Mary), Paul Galloway (Candy) and Host; and his sisters, Diane Wilder (Ed) and Dorris Ranew of Washington, GA. He is also survived by Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
