He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Woods Hester; his stepson Lee Watson; his brother Ben Hembree; and his mother Lois Hester. He is survived by: his sister Brenda; his brothers-in-law, Mike Lewis of Alcoa, Luther Woods and Robert Woods of Oliver Springs; his niece Melissa (Brian Beeler) of Maryville; his stepchildren, Chuck (Michelle Woods) of Oliver Springs and Gail Strahan of Kingston; his grandchildren, Jerrett, Cydnie, Kassandra, Tori, Halle, Dalton and Seth; his great grandchildren, Grayson and Landon; his great-nephew Bryce; and his great-nieces, Katie and Caroline.
