He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lockaby and Erma Roark. He is survived by: his siblings, Clayton Boyd Lockaby, Phyllis Bonnie Beck (Lynn) and Lesa Janey Bailey (Raymond). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
