She is survived by: her husband Daryl Cook; her children, Tim Cook (Sarah) and Samantha Manis (Dustin Webb); her stepson Derek Cook; her brothers, Greg Voyles (Benita) and Terry Voyles; and her grandchildren, Madison Hammock, Payton Cook, Emmersyn Cook and Analynn Cook. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
