It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christopher Ray Welch of Harriman, Tennessee, born in Cherokee, North Carolina, who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughter Teagan Welch; his parents, Bobby Ray and Karen Welch of Marble; his girlfriend Amy Walker of Knoxville; and his grandmother Mary Lee Hughes. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
