It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecilia Lou Atkins of Harriman, Tennessee, born in Jellico, Tennessee, who passed away on January 5, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Douglas and Helen Baird Douglas; and her husband George Edward Atkins. She is survived by: her son Douglas Edward Atkins; and her sister Linda Kaye Douglas Edmondson. She is also survived by nieces, great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
