It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Ruth Spakes of Harriman, Tennessee, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Kerley and Mary Ruth Kerley. She is survived by: her brother Jerry Kerley; her close friend John Boy Owings; her children, Jeremy Spakes and Michelle; her son-in-law Bill West; and her siblings, Danny (Marilyn Kerley), Gary (Irene Kerley) and Connie (Jeff Aytes).
