With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred Steimel of Harriman, Tennessee, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 19, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Ann Steimel; his son Robert Nitz; his brother Ronald G. Steimel; and his parents, Mary Chamberlain and Alfred Steimel.
He is survived by: his children, Danielle Steimel Lloyd of Rockwood, Patricia Demers of Harriman, Ronald A. Steimel of Harriman, Thomas Nitz of Knoxville and Roger Nitz of Harriman; and his sister Donna Dewitt of Westland, Michigan.. He is also survived by daughter and three sons.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude in honor of Danny.
