He is survived by: his children, Vance Johnson (Robin) of Elizabethton and Tammy Stacey of Clarksville, TN; his grandchildren, Tabitha Curtis, Donny Carpenter Michael (Jessica), Christopher Johnson, Kristen Greene and Jessica Schreiber; his great grandchildren, Donny Lee Carpenter, Christopher Allen Carpenter, Natalie Marie Carpenter, Zachary Carpenter, Seth Carpenter, Sydney Greene, Daizee Greene, Ella Schreiber and Amelia Nave; and his close friends, Elizabeth Bladow, Travis Bladow, Harley Bladow and Stephanie Bladow.
