It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maebelle Hicks of Hampton, Tennessee, who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles B. Ward and Opal Tilley Ward; her husband Robert E. "Bud" Hicks; and her brother Charles J. Ward. She is survived by: her son Greg Hicks (Rhonda) of Murfreesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Greyson Zane Hicks, Gregory and Noah Ward Hicks; her great grandchild Morgan Hicks; and her siblings, Ruth Carden of Hampton, Darrell Ward of Butler and Carl Ward of Elizabethton.

Those who prefer memorial in lieu of flowers may make donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in honor of Maebelle.
