He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shatley and Ida Barbrow Shatley; his wife Anita "June" Nave Shatley; his son Jeffery Shatley; and his siblings, Louise Yates, Rita Harris, Norma Babo and James Howard Shatley.
He is survived by: his son Brian Shatley; and his grandchildren, Brandon Shatley (Kristina), Melea Shatley Stevenson (Bobby) and Casey Shatley. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
